Server Features





Wiping Schedule



The map is wiped monthly on the first Thursday of the month along with Official Rust Servers. We want the working people to work towards blueprints and be able to build over the course of the month at their own pace.


Blueprints are never wiped.

The following settings are standard just like vanilla Rust:

Raid Protection



We want you to be able to sleep at night. Raid protection interface takes place right in your Tool Cupboard. It doesn't take a lot of scrap to ensure your base is online and offline raid protected for a long time.


YOU MUST USE THIS INTERFACE TO PROTECT YOUR BASE.


Feeling frisky? You're welcome to opt out of this and subject yourself to raiding. Don't be surprised if you're raided and the person takes all your loot back to their own raid protected base though.



regular pvp/LOOT



This server engages in regular PvP action. Fight while roaming, fight at events, fight at monuments.


YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER SOMEONES BASE, KILL THEM, AND LOOT THEM OR THEIR BOXES IF UNLOCKED! If you don't want this to happen to you - RAID PROTECT YOUR BASE, and utilize an airlock to prevent people from just walking in.


Want to take advantage of people doing this? Trap them inside. That's the risk they're taking.



SCARECROW TRIBE



In addition to the standard scientists, you'll face roaming members of the primitive Scarecrow Tribe!

You aren't getting raided so there has to be some kind of added challenge while you are online, right?



MORE WILD animals



Animal lovers rejoice! There will be at least double the wild animal spawns across the map.

A little more of that online challenge to offset not getting raided.



Rules



A few things to ensure the optimal experience for everyone.

THERE IS ZERO TOLENCE CHEATING POLICY! INSTANT BAN!



PvE/PvP/RP





This is a hybrid server. With the absence of raiding, you can choose to build an RP base (lock your doors and initiate protection), roam the island killing other players, or engage in the standard Rust PvE events. The important thing is that you respect how other players want to play. All styles are accepted on this server so don't bash another player for killing other players and don't make fun of role players.



Raiding/Looting





Raiding other players is allowed if they do not utilize the online/offline protection feature by putting scrap in the tool cupboard. Attempt to hit a building to see if it's protected and you'll see a popup message. If you want to subject yourself to being raided, you can just not put anything in the tool cupboard.


You can loot sleeping players, enter another player's building (if door, wall, or ceiling is open) and loot anything unlocked. Beware of traps and if the door closes behind you - you CAN NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING TO GET OUT! That's on you!




Teams





Teams are currently limited to 2 because server population is still low and we want to encourage equal combat. There isn't any actual in game feature limited you to two team members but please try to adhere to it. Thank you.


Feel free to help other players even when not officially teamed up. If the server grows we will opt into better server performance, increase the maximum amount of players allowed, and thus increase the team size.



Violence/Hate





While light trash talking is encouraged, we will not allow hate speech of any kind regarding specific groups pertaining to race, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. This is bannable.
